The DLD Dashboard provides a high-level overview of the three states that remove textiles from normal circulation: Damaged, Lost and Dormant.

The Stock Dashboard provides a consolidated view of the hotel’s textile inventory, including current stock levels, historical trends and key stock-related indicators.

The dashboard helps identify unusual increases or decreases in stock levels and serves as an entry point for deeper investigation through reports such as Stock Overview, Stock Coverage and Stock Health Check.

USAGE DASHBOARD

The Usage Dashboard measures how textiles are actually consumed by the operation. Based primarily on soiled cycle readings, it provides insight into weekly and monthly usage patterns, seasonal fluctuations and article-specific demand.

The dashboard helps users identify peaks in demand and supports planning of stock levels, laundry services and future replenishment needs.

ROOM TYPES CONFIGURATION

Hotel Stocktakes record the clean textile inventory physically available within the hotel at a specific point in time.

Stocktakes form the foundation of all predictive calculations in Fides, including Stock Coverage, Time to Stock Out, Annualised Stock Needs and Items per ARN.

STOCK COVERAGE
