Menno is co-owner and managing partner of Blue Line Accountants (see above), and runs our business in the Netherlands. Prior to taking ownership of Blue Line, he held different positions at Grant Thornton and KPMG. Menno studied Economics at the Free University of Amsterdam and holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics and a Post-Master as a certified public accountant.

In addition to being the CFO of LossLess Group, Jesca is co-owner and managing partner of Blue Line Accountants, a Tax and Audit firm based in the Netherlands. Previously, she worked for KPMG. Jesca studied Economics at the University of Amsterdam and holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics and a Post-Master as a certified public accountant.

Peter is Managing Director for the United Kingdom, and a member of the Investment Committee, further comprising José Vilabella and Fred van Duijkeren. Following his early training as a quantity surveyor, he went on to lead B2B businesses in most service sectors across the world.

Peter was previously an international Managing Director for Rentokil Initial and Chief Executive of Corps Security. He has considerable experience with international mergers and acquisitions. As a previous Managing Director of Initial Textiles UK and President of the UK Textile Services Association, Peter contributes valuable industry skills and knowledge to the LossLess management team.

Benoit is co-founder of the company, responsible for operations in France and Belgium. Prior to starting LossLess Group, Benoit was Group Category Director Textiles at Rentokil Initial Europe, and Marketing Director of Initial Benelux. He also worked in several marketing roles at FMCG companies and helped SME’s in digital transformation projects. Benoit holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration & Marketing at the University of Ghent, Belgium .

Fred sits on of the board of the company, is a member of the Investment Committee, and runs the North America business. Before joining, Fred held management positions in B2B companies across Europe. He worked in M&A, in retail, and for local governments in the Netherlands. Fred studied Business Administration and Management at Haarlem Business School, Netherlands.

José is the founder and CEO of LossLess Group. Prior to starting the business, he held executive management positions at Initial Services, Agility Logistics and P&O Nedlloyd in Spain. José studied Law at the University of Oviedo and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Instituto de Empresa, Madrid. For 6 years he lectured Operational Strategy at ISEM, University of Navarra.
