Our team comprises an international group of like-minded people. We have a diverse background in a range of industries, such as textile rental, logistics, security, retail and IT. Whilst professionally diverse, we share a razor sharp focus on transforming textile management in hotels. This industry has suffered from a long-lasting status quo of accepting sub-par textile management processes. However, we are committed to radically changing this state of affairs.
Our focus is on control, visibility and consistency of the lifecycle of hotel textiles. As former executives in the textile rental industry, we know the frustration of operators that deal with textiles on a daily basis. They don’t have access to a reliable and hotel-dedicated textile management tool. As a result, they face major challenges to manage these expensive assets efficiently and in a cost-effective manner.
During the process of developing the Fides ecosystem, we encountered, and overcame, our share of problems. It has made us resilient, and it has also made us understand that failure really was not an option. Success for us means giving our customers full control of their textile assets throughout their useful life, and beyond.
Our primary objective is to build lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with our customers. In addition, we will further develop our business by combining proprietary technology with the right people for the job, and by expanding our strategic alliances.

Fides is a purpose-built textile management solution for hotels. Our unique selling point is a system that offers an integrated package of products and services. The latest technology is only as good as the quality of the support that underpins it.
We are not simply a technology provider. Our hotel-centric technology/service system defines the key difference from the way other solution providers to the industry work. Their strength is in selling technology, mainly to industrial laundries. Whilst then adapted to serve the lodging industry, their primary focus is not on measuring and controlling textile flows against hotel-specific KPIs.
Fides does only one thing: it puts textile management in your hotel at the focal point of its services. The system ensures efficiency, continuity and control, during and beyond the life cycle of your assets.

How we work
The company
LossLess Group BV is a limited liability company, registered in the Netherlands. The company was founded in 2015 by José Vilabella, who is our CEO and main shareholder.
José is based in Madrid, and you can find the rest of the team somewhere in the UK, Belgium and the US. We have become experts in video calls and always look forward to meeting each other face to face.
We have created Fides, a cloud-based SaaS ecosystem to manage all aspects of hotel textile operations. However, we can equally apply the system in the broader Hospitality market, and in the Textile Manufacturing and Services industries.

Vision and mission
We are convinced everything that can be managed digitally, will be. The Internet of Things will increasingly expand into more aspects of our daily life, and textiles will be a part of this inevitable transformation.
Our aim is to lead the adoption of connected textiles by applying our proven Fides SaaS platform. Our business development is through a monetization strategy of industry-specific value propositions.
How we think
Strategy
We have always believed in the power of RFID as a building block for Fides. It offered a valuable technology to help resolve the challenges around the control of textiles. However, it took a major effort with our partners to build, adapt and perfect the system.
Our aim is to commercially exploit the accellerated adoption of technology by hotels. To date, hotels have prioritized guest-facing innovation. However, operators increasingly recognize the effiency benefits from optimizing back of house operations.
Our value proposition not only delivers operational and financial benefits for our customers. Fides also contributes to improving the environmental footprint of hotels. As such, it helps hotels in achieving sustainability targets as part of their ‘Green’ initiatives.
How we enable
Fides
Fides is a cloud-based SaaS ecosystem that improves operational and financial efficiency of textile stock and its logistic flow. Based on the EPCglobal standard, Fides uses UHF RFID tags and scanning equipment to track and trace connected textiles.
This is a management tool that optimizes stock levels and usage, and increases housekeeping productivity. It also helps to relieve labour challenges, a persistent problem across the industry. Importantly, the system facilitates circularity by re-use of assets.
Fides provides real-time reporting against hotel-specific KPIs, supporting data-driven decision making throughout the business.
