Right-sized stock
Replace inherited PAR levels and periodic estimates with evidence-based stock requirements, location visibility and measured circulation.
Fides turns textiles from an unmanaged operating cost into a connected, measurable and controllable hotel asset, regardless of who owns it.
A familiar hotel room. A different way to see what moves through it.
Textiles sit at the intersection of housekeeping, laundry, purchasing, finance and sustainability. It affects guest readiness, labour productivity, working capital, supplier performance and environmental footprint.
But in many hotels, decisions are still made from periodic counts, invoices, assumptions and exception handling. The result is familiar: too many textiles in some places, not enough in others, avoidable manual work, weak loss visibility and little evidence for commercial decisions.
Replace inherited PAR levels and periodic estimates with evidence-based stock requirements, location visibility and measured circulation.
Reduce manual counting and daily uncertainty so teams spend less time reconciling textiles and more time preparing rooms.
Track turnaround, losses, damages, rejections and invoice logic with an independent control layer between hotel operation and laundry flow.
Lower unnecessary production, transport and washing by controlling what is actually required, used, lost and replaced.
RFID creates identity. Fides connects that identity to place, time, demand, cost and responsibility, turning movement into decisions the hotel can act on.
Identity becomes evidence.
Evidence becomes action.
Structure textile identity and movement.
Create trusted property-level evidence.
Explain variance, risk and opportunity.
Change decisions, routines and outcomes.
Fides is designed for both hotel-owned and rented-textile environments. A hotel may not own the textile asset, but it still depends on availability, quality, predictable cost and supplier performance.
The platform creates an independent evidence layer without requiring the hotel to change its operating model. That makes it relevant for owned stock, rental contracts and on-premise laundry operations.
Fides does not ask hotels to accept generic savings claims. The financial case is built from operating model, room count, occupancy, current PAR levels, laundry charging basis, productivity assumptions and validated property data.
Potential textile investment reduction where stock is right-sized from evidence.
Housekeeping cost effect where released capacity can be operationally realised.
Illustrative first-year cash return in a conservative 250-room rental model, after upfront investment and subscription costs.
Illustrative benefits depend on each property’s operating model and baseline. Conservative cases should be used to test resilience; opportunity cases should not be treated as committed value without property evidence.
The conservative scenario in the Fides ROI & Payback model v3.0 assumes a 250-room hotel with rented textiles, €7,950 upfront investment and a €450 monthly subscription. Modelled net cash benefit, after subscription, is approximately €1,005 per month.
First-year cash ROI is the first 12 months of net cash benefit, less the upfront investment, divided by that investment. This produces approximately 52% ROI and simple cash payback in approximately eight months.
This scenario assumes benefits from month one, 50% of the base-case laundry, loss and rental-stock benefits, and five minutes released per employee per working day, with 25% realised as cash savings. No additional fixed infrastructure or travel costs are included. Returns are illustrative and must be recalculated using the property’s actual costs, contract terms and achievable savings.
Confirm the property model, textile universe, reading points, priorities and baseline assumptions.
Build the evidence foundation, surface operating patterns and identify the first control opportunities.
Translate data into decisions on PAR levels, laundry flow, loss, dormancy and productivity.
Embed KPIs, reviews and alerts so textile management becomes a continuous control discipline.
