Why LossLess exists
The industry accepted uncertainty because no better operating truth was available
LossLess Group was founded in 2015 to challenge that status quo. Our team brings experience from textile rental, hospitality, logistics, technology, finance and commercial transformation, but we are united by one narrow focus: making hotel textile operations measurable and manageable.
We created Fides because the hotel carries the operational consequence of textile availability even when ownership, washing or replacement is outsourced. Our role is to supply the independent evidence layer and management discipline that the operating model has been missing.
We judge our progress by lasting customer capability: stronger control, fewer avoidable costs, better service resilience and a more informed textile lifecycle.
