In compliance with the current regulations, LLG, creator and promoter of activities on the site www.losslessgroup and any of its affiliate’s sites, reserves the right to use personal data, voluntarily supplied by users.

Users are for that reason invited to periodically visit this section for updates on changes on the amendments to current legislation.

LLG assures users that personal data will be reserved for uses closely related to the services, facilitation on the site management and order or services processing in the platform. The data provided by users voluntarily, will not be in any case transmitted to third parties.

Aggregate Information

LLG may collect and analyze information about your use of the Services as aggregated with the use of the Services by other users (“Aggregate Information”); The aggregate information might come through our web pages, servers or proprietary IOT sensors/smart labels or our LLG or related trademarks UHFRFID readers in any form and size that we deliver to you as part of some of our services, and the collection and analysis of Aggregate Information is important in the operation and enhancement of the Services and other business purposes. Aggregate Information may be compiled in reports and used for business purposes. However, since Aggregate Information does not include any information that can be used to individually identify you or any other User, it is not possible for any potential third party recipient of the Aggregate Information (including you when applicable) to use it to identify or contact any of our users.

LLG may collect some information automatically and store it in log files, either directly or through third party analytics providers, such as Google Analytics.
